Blue Readiness Assessment
Matching ventures with the right development pathway.
Selected teams from OCC work with mentors and experts across a Blue Readiness Journey to strengthen solution, business model, market understanding and impact potential before presenting to the Blue Readiness Board.
The Board evaluates each venture's maturity, readiness and development needs. Rather than selecting winners, it identifies the most appropriate pathway for continued growth.
This assessment forms the gateway into the OC Award Accelerator Program.

Rather than offering a single programme, it provides tailored support matched to each venture's maturity, ambitions and strategic priorities.
Depending on the assessment, teams may progress into specialised development pathways designed to strengthen investment readiness, commercialisation and long-term impact.
