Entrepreneurs, tech enthusiasts and industry leaders from all around the world meet up every year in Lisbon, Portugal at one of largest conferences in the world of tech: Web Summit. Top speakers, 500 corporations, over 70 000 attendees, over 2000 start-ups from over 160 countries was brought together for Web Summit 2023. We had the privilege of visiting the conference, taking part of 4 days of networking, innovation, and inspiration.
The days were spent listening to inspiring speakers that shared their experiences and insights, and we got infinite networking opportunities that allowed us to connect with other ocean passionate people. During the evenings Ocean Community got invited to several events including an “Sweden connect at Web Summit” event organized by Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and the Swedish Embassy and an event organised by Maze Impact and also one side event organized at Casa do Impacto "Start-Up Guide Summit".
We left Web Summit 2023 with smiles on our faces, hope, inspiration and new perspectives!
